Payment
Choose a convenient way to pay
Online payment, transfer to a sole-proprietor account, and payment on delivery with a deposit are available.
Bank transfer
Payment using the sole proprietor’s account details after the order is placed.
On delivery
Part of the amount is paid in advance, with the balance paid when the parcel is received.
For payment on delivery
The deposit depends on the order total
These terms apply to retail orders where the remaining amount is paid on delivery. Wholesale orders require full prepayment.

For an order total of exactly UAH 200 or UAH 700, the applicable deposit will be determined during checkout.

Returns
How to request a return
Returns are handled in accordance with Ukrainian law. You can contact us within 14 days after receiving the order.

Include the order number, item and reason for return in your message.

Arrange the shipment
Agree the details with the store after contacting us. Return delivery is paid by the customer as agreed.
